Yes, the minimum we charge will be for the first hour. However, if the job has only taken 30 minutes to complete we will be more than happy to work for the remainder of the hour for you.

I charge in 1 hour increments which is a transparent way to charge. It is £20 for 1 hour for the first 5 hours.

If any job will take any longer we offer a full (8hrs) day rate discount of £140.

We use the SUMUP payment system so we accept almost all methods. This includes,

Contactless, Chip and PIN, Apple pay, Google pay. We also accept direct from bank transfer.

we do not accept cheque.

All  prices exclude materials. I am happy to supply all the materials needed and these will be charged separately with a 10% charge on top of the RRP to cover locating material and collection. All receipts will be provided.  

No, we are not gas safe registered.

Currently we do not typically work these hours but may be able discuss this on your consultation if you need these hours.

We carry a full £2,000,000 public liability insurance which can be requested to be seen at any time.

All new work is guaranteed for 12 months. In the very unlikely event that you were not happy with the work, I would return and remedy the problem immediately. Customer satisfaction is absolutely key. As a local business I depend on reputation and word of mouth recommendations
